How much notice do you need for a gift order?
The notice time largely depends on the products and order size, but a safe time is two weeks notice. Feel free to inquire about rush orders - if we can make it happen, we do!
What are your terms of delivery?
We can deliver anywhere in Canada through 3rd party delivery services or deliver personally within the GTA, as far north as Newmarket, South to Lake Ontario and East/West between Scarborough and Etobicoke. Additional charges for delivery may apply.
What is your return policy?
At Neighbourhood Greetings, we strive to make the best impression with your 'Thanks!' If you are not completely satisfied with your gift, we will try to resolve any issue you may have through replacement pieces, but do not accept returns on product orders.
How do you choose your products and brands?
The creative team at Neighbourhood Greetings constantly scours through a dizzying amount of quality brands and products to find those that most fit a professional, memorable and stylish 'Thanks!' As a result, products from several top brands are available to choose from in the Corporate and Builder catalogues and are included in various options within each signature style.
What are minimum orders?
For any gift option within a signature style found online, there is no minimum order. A minimum of $150 applies only to catalogue-based orders.

Corporate FAQ's
How is the gift personalized from me or my company?
Our job is to make you or your brand stand out wherever possible in the gift package. Greeting cards can be branded, company logos can be imprinted on our black satin ribbon and we can handle any engravings on appropriate products. These services are included on qualifying orders or can be purchased with your order. See the Corporate Gift page or the Corporate Catalogue for more details on our corporate services.
How can I create my own gift from your products?
We love to help you customize your gifts and, although we've created several options under our signature styles, our corporate catalogue also contains a full range of products for any corporate client or occassion. Complimentary services still apply to these orders, but minimum catalogue orders of $150 apply.
I want to order products from the catalogue. Are complimentary services applied to the total order or to each type of product?
The complimentary services we offer are based on the total single order, regardless of what or how many items are purchased.

Real Estate FAQ's
How many times are anniversary cards sent to my client?
Homeowner Anniversary Cards are sent once following the first year in the new home. Additional anniversary cards can be sent on behalf of the Realtor or builder for additional charges. Contact us for more details.
How is the card and gift personalized for me?
We emphasize you and your brand wherever possible in the gift package. Electronic signatures are used for greeting cards and the Information Package welcome page. Company logos can be imprinted on our ribbon and cards and we can handle your engravings as well. These services are included on qualifying orders or can be purchased with your order. How do you collect information for the Information Packages?
Aside from the address of the home and name of the homeowners which is provided by the Realtor or builder, information is mined in-house and supplemented by government agencies. The sections of the package (i.e. maps of schools, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.) can be customized with new sections you feel would be particularly useful to your clients during their new neighbourhood transitions.
What if my clients are already familiar with the neighbourhood and I don't need an Information Package?
The Information Package may be omitted, in which case you will receive a credit for an Information Package on a future less-than-qualifying order (i.e. under $250)
